Welcome to WEATHER.GS™ This platform is operated by MeteoAnalytics Pty Ltd (ANZSIC 5910),

1. Cryptographic Click-Wrap Gate & Binding Agreement

By executing the digital initialization handshake, deploying an API pipeline, or generating an authentication token, you explicitly agree to these Terms of Service. Access to any machine-to-machine (M2M) telemetry data stream is strictly contingent upon your continuing acceptance of these governance parameters.

2. System Volume Quotas & Metered Overages

All automated data consumption is metered programmatically down to the microsecond. By provisioning a service tier, you accept the following structural billing constraints:

• Standard Tiers (Tiers 1-8): Crossing your selected baseline quota instantly triggers a global overage surcharge of A$0.50 per 1,000 API calls.
• Tier 0 Sandbox: Strictly limited to 100 baseline calls per month with a 1 request/minute limit. Hard cutoff is enforced via HTTP 429 prompts; no overages are permitted.
• MeteoSign™ Parametric Feed (Product 9): Bypasses the standard matrix surcharge. All verification requests exceeding the 10,000 monthly allotment are metered dynamically at A$0.44 per individual request.

3. Aggregate Liability Ceiling

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law, the total aggregate liability of MeteoAnalytics Pty Ltd for any systemic data failure, atmospheric tracking delay, or computational anomaly is contractually capped at an absolute maximum of **three (3) months of paid client platform fees** under your active contract.

4. Anti-Scraping & Telemetry Controls

All outbound HTTP responses are injectively signed with an unforgeable X-Meteo-Signature generated via ECDSA over NIST P-256 (prime256v1) + SHA-256. Automated harvesting, mining, or ingestion by unverified third-party AI scraping models is strictly prohibited. Altering or striping telemetry headers constitutes a material breach of platform integrity.
